BROADCAST SPECIALIZATION TESTING

       Welcome to the Online Broadcast Radio and Television Specialization Testing site.   These free tests allow individuals worldwide to take tests in various radio and television broadcast career specializations.   Broadcast companies, organizations and individuals are granted FREE and unlimited use of these tests subject to acceptance of the terms and conditions outlined in the Disclaimer.   These tests have immediate accessibility worldwide to virtually any computer with Internet access, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week via the Instascore Online Testing System TM which I originally developed and initially released in 2002.   All tests questions are multiple-choice with five possible answers of which one choice is best.   Up to fifty (50) questions are randomly generated from a question database which I created to insure that each test has a unique combination of questions.   On some of the tests, a few of the questions may be drawn from related areas.   All test recipients instantly receive a computer generated final test score.   A proprietary algorithm is applied to the total raw score which generates a scaled final score in the arbitrary range of 250 to 750.   Based on the algorithm utilized, the large majority of test recipients typically obtain scores between 450 and 650 with higher scores representing a higher overall percentage of correct answers.   There are no pass and no fail scores.   Interpretation of the score results is left to the individual or party utilizing the test.   Optionally, you can take the tests open book, with or without a time limit and/or used as a tool for an individual to identify areas where additional study may be desired.   Taking the tests open book might also be a useful method to gain additional knowledge in one or more potential broadcast radio and television career areas.   If you intend to enter broadcasting or to advance your career in radio / television broadcasting, you may want to consider contacting one or more of the professional associations that offer membership and/or certification in your specific area of interest.   Feel free to contact me if you would like to develop a customized cost effective testing program to meet the specific needs of your company.   Thank you for visiting this site.   Forward any comments or suggestions directly to me.   Your feedback is welcomed.
